i’m THE DUKE.
and i’m fed up with all this “we-build-a-new-world-much-brighter”-web2.0-pages. so that’s the reason why i’m returning… (sooner as you expected, eh? ;-)
know what? web 2.0 sucks! (ok, i’m *NOT* telling news)
thus i’m declaring hereby web 3.0! (the DUKE-WEB)
web 3.0 features everything web 1.0 had *MINUS* most of the “i’m-cooler-than-you-with-ajax-where-it-doesnt-belong”-shit. :)
don’t get me wrong: i love to blast guns, paying for women (if they got some) and all this web 2.0 stuff.
but most sites don’t use it where it’s appropriate. i’ve seen so much AJAX without the “X”, it’d possibly been DHTML back in 1997. (by the way, one year after my last official 3D appearance… ;-))
and three years after my first webexperience, so all of you “i-know-it-better”-pansies please shut up. do you know what playboy.com looked like in 95? i do. (well, still got this screenshot… he he he)
other sites featured here are some sort of blind or visual impaired webdesigners works (yuck!).
did i mention these sites suck too? No? Ok, they suck beyond belief!
better believe, i’m gonna pillory those mf’s and any other suckers trying to disfigure the DUKE’s WEB!
but, since i’ve an educational mission: (who’s laughing?)
been around some countries: nam, middle east, old europe… you know…
so sometimes i’ll tend to write in old europe-language (mostly german. i hate the french (who does not?)) but my fellow-educated americans will surely know to understand a foreign tongue… :)
alrighty, let’s have a word about the ads: don’t click them intentionally.
