Molyneux becomes European creative director at MGS
Peter Molyneux, the designer between the Fable franchise, has been given a promotion: Creative Director of European studios at Microsoft Games Studios.

Wolfenstein ships in August 2009
Activision has announced the first-person shooter Wolfenstein will hit store shelves on August 4. As is customary, Wolfenstein will put players behind the gun of American soldier BJ Blazkowicz as he battles a horde of horrific monsters (also known as Nazis) as well as actual supernatural beasts.

G4 recently aired a preview for the new Gears of War 2: All Fronts compilation, that features an odd in-game pop-up around the 2:49 mark, highlighted in the image below. Duke Nukem dies again, 3D Realms shut down
Gonna rip ‘em a new one!
Sad news. Our beloved vaporware “Duke Nukem Forever” won’t hit the stores. No, no further delay but rather a final delay. Developer 3D Realms is about to shut down, and employees let go, due to “funding issues”.
